New TR32B Bluetooth Data Logger From TandD

CLEVELAND - OhioPen -- CAS DataLoggers is pleased to announce the updated TR32B log-EZ as an effective low-cost solution for temperature and humidity measurement. The log-EZ is designed as a compact, user-friendly data logger to easily measure and record ambient temperature and humidity. It provides Bluetooth communication and a smartphone/tablet app that can display and upload data to the cloud. The TR32B provides a measurement range of 0° to 50° Celsius (32° to 122° Fahrenheit) and 10% to 90% RH respectively. The logger features an LCD for display of its current readings and support for the free, cloud-based T&D WebStorage Service.

The recorder's no-hassle design enables its use in a broad variety of applications in both homes and office buildings. The unit supports wireless communication using Bluetooth 4.2 (Bluetooth low energy) via the T&D Thermo app available for iOS and Android devices. From there, the Thermo app allows data to be uploaded to the cloud where it can be viewed anytime, anywhere a standard web browser is available. Data can also be downloaded to a PC for long-term archiving or more in-depth analysis.

They're also low-maintenance utilizing one AA alkaline battery that powers the logger for up to 1 year. The TR32B offers 15 user-selectable recording intervals from once a second to once an hour. Internal memory stores 8000 data sets or almost a year at the 1-hour recording interval.

This easy-to-use logger is perfect for monitoring heating and cooling in both residential and business applications such as occupant comfort studies. The TR32B log-EZ is also useful in providing information in managing temperature and humidity in more specific areas such as wine production and perishable goods storage.
