The LearnLux program combines digital financial education with personalized tools and one-on-one access to Certified Financial Planner® professionals. For the past five years, LearnLux has utilized its expertise in engaging dispersed and deskless workforces to ensure that every Messer employee, from skilled tradespeople to field leaders and salaried employees, can access meaningful support whenever and wherever they need it. This includes on the jobsite, at home, or on-the-go.
