Andy Halko and Tony Zayas will lead a June 9 session on how AI is reshaping buyer behavior and how sales and marketing teams can stay visible, trusted, and relevant.
CLEVELAND - OhioPen -- Andy Halko, CEO and Founder of Insivia, and Tony Zayas, Chief Revenue Officer of Insivia, will present at the Greater Cleveland Partnership AI Summit on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at Hilton Cleveland Downtown.
The Greater Cleveland AI Summit brings together the region's business, civic, and academic leaders for a focused half-day program on practical AI adoption, including generative AI, workforce transformation, governance, and small business applications. The event is free to attend and runs from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Halko and Zayas will lead the workshop, "Winning the AI-Augmented Buyer: Marketing and Sales Strategies for a New Decision Journey," from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m.
Their session will explore how AI is changing the way buyers research companies, compare options, evaluate risks, and make decisions before ever speaking with a salesperson. As prospects become more informed and selective, businesses must rethink how they build trust, communicate value, and support buying confidence earlier in the decision journey.

"AI is not just changing how companies operate. It is changing how buyers decide," said Halko. "Organizations that understand this shift will be better positioned to earn trust before the sales conversation even begins."
The workshop will give marketing and sales leaders practical ways to adapt, including how to create more helpful content, improve messaging, build credibility earlier, and have more effective conversations with buyers who have already done their homework.
Zayas said the session reflects a shift many organizations are already experiencing. "The buyer journey is becoming more self-directed and more AI-influenced," he said. "Companies need to align their marketing, sales, messaging, and content around how modern buyers actually make decisions."
Halko works at the intersection of human psychology and artificial intelligence. He founded Insivia in 2002, founded BuyerTwin, and is the author of The Omniscient Buyer and The Buyer-Centric Operating System. Zayas leads growth strategy and go-to-market execution at Insivia, helping B2B SaaS, technology, and professional services companies identify buyer behavior patterns and build systems for measurable momentum.
