Coach operating system flips the SaaS model: founding coaches earn a 3% share of marketplace revenue in their niche instead of paying the industry-standard 10% platform cut.
MASON, Ohio - OhioPen -- Vyra, an operating system for fitness coaches and gyms, has opened its Founding Coach program ahead of full public launch. The company's iOS app is currently in App Store review, and the program locks in an economic model that stands apart in the coaching-software category.
The first 500 coaches to join earn 3% of Vyra's marketplace revenue in their niche and pay only 3% on their own marketplace transactions - versus the roughly 10% platform cut standard across the industry. Both terms are locked for life.
For fifteen years the coaching software market, led by tools such as Trainerize, TrueCoach, Everfit, and PT Distinction, has charged coaches rising monthly fees while capturing a percentage of every transaction. Vyra's founding thesis is the opposite: platform growth should compound coach income rather than extract from it.

"Coaches built this industry, but the software economy around them was designed to tax their growth," said Matt Sabirdjanov, founder of Vyra. "We flipped the model. If Vyra grows, our founding coaches earn more. That alignment is permanent - it doesn't expire when we scale."
The Founding Coach program is open now at vyraapp.fit, with full launch to follow App Store approval of the iOS app.
Vyra positions itself as a full operating layer rather than a program-delivery tool: lead intake, scheduling, client retention queues, async check-ins, and program delivery, with native health-signal integration across WHOOP, Oura, and Apple Health - including recovery scoring and biological-age tracking coaches use to steer day-to-day programming. A companion Gym OS covers member lifecycle, class and staff coordination, and facility-level reporting. Full program details: https://vyraapp.fit
