Emnett Construction Completes Construction of Smalls Sliders Location in South Point, OH

IRONTON, Ohio - OhioPen -- Emnett Construction Company has completed construction on a new Smalls Sliders location in South Point, Ohio. Developed for franchise owners Tristate Sliders, the custom project introduces a groundbreaking design feature for the brand's Midwest additions: Smalls Sliders' first-ever enclosed glass patio.

Designed to adapt the brand's original Southern concept for Midwest weather conditions, the climate-controlled glass patio was integrated mid-construction to provide comfortable year-round seating. The overall build utilizes Smalls Sliders' iconic pre-fabricated 850-square-foot modular "Can" design, which is built in a climate-controlled factory to ensure consistency, safe construction, and an accelerated opening timeline.

The project was successfully executed under the leadership of Project Manager Joey Emnett and Site Superintendent Jeremy Lute.
