Aderra Opens in Magnolia, Texas, Offering a New Model for 62+ Homeownership

MAGNOLIA, Texas - OhioPen -- A new 62+ homeownership community is now open in Audubon in Magnolia, offering active adults a different vision for retirement. At Aderra, residents own their homes while a membership includes chef-prepared meals, housekeeping, utilities, lawn care, and other everyday conveniences.

"For many people, the choice has been either stay in a home that's becoming too much to maintain or move into a rental community," said Kip Dornhorst, founder of Aderra. "We created a third option that combines ownership, community, and simplicity."

Aderra's initial phase offers four floor plans ranging from 1,362 to 1,740 square feet, giving residents downsizing from larger homes a right-sized option without sacrificing comfort or style.
