SAN DIEGO, Aug. 19, 2025 ~ Cetera, a leading financial services firm, has recently welcomed veteran financial advisor Michael Zawatsky and his team at Oasis Asset Management Group, Inc. to their unique community – Summit Financial Networks. The team of seven made the move from B. Riley Wealth Advisors, Inc. to join Cetera's Advisor channel.
With approximately $600 million in assets under administration, Zawatsky and his team bring a wealth of experience and expertise to Cetera. Based near Cleveland, the firm's five financial advisors have been working together for 30 years, creating a close-knit team that also includes two support staff.
Zawatsky shared that their top priority is providing exceptional client service, which they refer to as "white-glove service." He also mentioned that they do not view their clients as just clients, but rather as friends. This is why it was important for them to find a financial services partner who values building strong relationships with clients. After considering several firms, they ultimately chose Cetera because of its size and stability, as well as the boutique services offered by Summit within the Cetera Advisor channel.
