Private reception, networking, ribbon-cutting ceremony, and hands-on opportunity to ride the Outbounder Advanced Rehabilitation System (OutbounderARS).
CINCINNATI - OhioPen -- The OutbounderARS Cincinnati Center, in partnership with the Neuro Recovery Institute – Ohio™, LLC (NRI) and Torque3®, Inc., today announced a private, invitation-only preview event on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 3:45 – 8:00 PM.
Guests will experience the system's unique level of deep immersion that combines advanced robotics, virtual environments, and multi-sensory engagement to accelerate neurorehabilitation — a first-of-its-kind preview for the Cincinnati region.
The event is tailored for physicians, physical therapists, stroke survivor group organizers, business and community leaders, and journalists interested in breakthrough innovations that improve long-term recovery outcomes and quality of life for neuro-injured survivors.
Several local television reporters and health correspondents are also expected to attend, underscoring the region's growing interest in advanced neuro-rehabilitation technologies.
"Cincinnati is one of the first communities to see and personally experience the Outbounder™ platform," said Jeanne Radcliffe, PT, Director of the OutbounderARS Cincinnati Center. "By riding the system themselves, guests can truly feel how immersive and empowering this therapy can be for stroke and TBI survivors who may have been told they've plateaued."
"Our mission is to give stroke and TBI survivors, who have been left without further treatment options, a new path forward," said David Ellzey, Founder and CEO of Torque3®, Inc., which developed the Outbounder platform. "This event is designed to show healthcare and community leaders what it feels like to take that path — and why it matters so much for survivors, families, and the community."
