WEST CHESTER, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Republic Bank announced today that it will open its newest banking center in fast-growing West Chester, the bank's fifth local office in Greater Cincinnati.
The West Chester banking center is scheduled to open in January 2020 at 9100 West Chester Towne Center Drive Suite #110.
"The Interstate 75 corridor running through Butler and Warren counties is the fastest growing area in the Greater Cincinnati market," said Republic Bank Market President, Tom Saelinger. "The West Chester banking center will enable us to better serve the many clients we presently have in the community and attract new clients as well. This is an incredibly attractive business market with a solid and growing bioscience, healthcare, and manufacturing base.
"Nearby Liberty Township is one of the region's fastest growing residential development markets, offering more opportunities for mortgage lending and more households to serve," continued Saelinger.
"We already have an established customer base in the Butler and Warren county markets, specifically in West Chester, Liberty Township, and Mason. We are now excited to bring a team of solution-oriented bankers to the market so we can help those businesses grow, help individuals realize their dreams, and have a positive impact in the community."

Since entering the Greater Cincinnati market in 2007, Louisville-based Republic Bank has grown to nearly $400 million in local assets and approximately $180 million in deposits. The bank has grown organically without acquisitions and in just the last three years has opened new banking centers on Smith Road in Norwood, as well as in Crestview Hills in Northern Kentucky.
"Our decision to open this new banking center in West Chester is part of our commitment to our clients to respond to their needs for a strong community bank in the local area," said Republic Bank Chairman and CEO Steve Trager.
The West Chester Banking Center will provide enhanced customer service by offering state-of-the-art Internet and mobile-banking services, allowing customers to access their bank accounts on a 24/7 basis through their computers, phones, or other mobile devices.
"We are one of the few 'community bank' choices in Butler County with the technology of a larger regional bank," said Republic Bank's Vice President and Market Manager, Kevin D. Herthel. "We are also customer focused, creating tailored solutions for clients, not placing them in a box. The average experience level of our commercial bankers is 15 years. We are engaged with and committed to the clients and communities we serve. We not only work here, but live here, play here, raise our families here and get involved in the community," Herthel concluded.
