SUGARCREEK, Ohio, May 20, 2025 ~ The 4th annual Food Independence Summit: Seed to Spoon is set to take place on June 18-19, 2025 at the Timbercrest RV Campground in Walnut Creek, Ohio. This two-day event aims to empower individuals, families, and communities with the necessary tools and knowledge to reclaim their food sovereignty from seed to spoon.
Located in the heart of Ohio's Amish Country, this year's summit offers attendees the opportunity to connect, learn, and grow alongside a national community of farmers, homesteaders, gardeners, educators, and healthy food advocates.
According to John Miller, founder of SUPERB Industries & Superb Canning and co-founder of the summit, this event is more than just a conference - it's a movement towards better health. Miller himself was diagnosed with Lyme disease last year and found hope in treatment at St. Georg Clinic in Germany. He believes that their treatment is the only one that effectively eradicates Lyme disease.
