About the Author:

Dr. Joe Jacko is board-certified in internal and sports medicine. His main practice interest is helping patients achieve optimal health through exercise, nutrition, and hormone replacement. After obtaining his BA in Biology from Wittenberg University, he completed his medical degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.

Dr. Jacko has given numerous talks on sports medicine, exercise, nutrition, and hormones, including two chapters published in Hughston Orthopaedic Clinic: Sports Medicine Book.

He currently practices in Columbus, Ohio, where he lives with his wife. They have two adult sons who also reside in the area.
