NEW ALBANY, Ohio - OhioPen -- Emnett Construction, a leading commercial construction company based in Portsmouth, Ohio, has successfully completed two challenging projects for Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers, a prominent name in the automotive maintenance industry. The completion of these projects marks a significant achievement for Emnett Construction, which has once again demonstrated its exceptional project management skills and commitment to delivering quality results.
The first project involved demolition, site development and the construction of an 8,000-square-foot state-of-the-art service center in Portsmouth, OH. Despite facing environmental challenges, such as the discovery of thousands of buried tires and a full 8,000-gallon buried fuel tank, Emnett Construction was able to complete the project within 10 days of the original 7-month schedule. The new service center is now fully operational and poised to serve the needs of Express Oil's customers in the Portsmouth area.

"This was an amazing project to be a part of and we are grateful for the opportunity, especially in our hometown," says Jake Emnett, who was the project manager on this project. "This project turned out very well, and I am sure the Express Oil Team will do great!"
The other project, located in New Albany, OH, was equally demanding, with extreme logistical challenges as well as many project complications overall. This new construction project was one of many taking place simultaneously within a quarter-mile radius inside this explosively growing community, including road construction projects. In fact, the project's start was delayed by 2 months because the road to the site did not yet exist.
With these obstacles, along with cement and labor shortages, freezing weather, backlogs in permitting offices, and many more, the project teams continued to push forward to complete construction and deliver the finished property to Express Oil so that it can serve its local customers.

With a track record of delivering exceptional results, the company continues to be a preferred choice for clients seeking quality commercial construction services.
