SAY President David Humphrey, a dedicated volunteer with over a decade of leadership, continues to champion the organization's mission of providing a fun, fair, and safe soccer experience for youth nationwide.
CINCINNATI - OhioPen -- The Soccer Association for Youth, USA (SAY) is pleased to announce that David Humphrey has been re-elected to the National Board of Directors of SAY for a three-year term. Mr. Humphrey was first elected to the National Board in 2012 and served as Treasurer until 2019 when he was elected President, a role he has held since then.
Mr. Humphrey has served SAY in numerous capacities at the local level including as a player, coach, administrator, district representative, and Area Board President. Mr. Humphrey resides in Western Hills with his wife, Vicki, and has two grown children. He is an original FC Cincinnati season ticket holder and enjoyed an amateur playing career that spanned 45 years.

Our annual membership consists of more than 100,000 players in 400 organizations, located in 37 states. SAY provides a wide array of services and support to recreational, selective, and adult participants including but not limited to insurance, coaching and referee support, legal and administrative support, U.S. Soccer affiliation, publications, online store, and opportunities for children to experience the game of soccer in a fun, fair and safe environment.
