Brightside Academy Ohio Rebrands as Clever Bee Academy

CLEVELAND - OhioPen -- Brightside Academy Ohio today announced its rebranding as Clever Bee Academy. Clever Bee Academy is a growing network of early childhood education, preschool, and childcare centers serving families through 12 locations in Cleveland, Akron, and Columbus.

"Clever Bee Academy has been years in the making," said Ezra Beren, CEO of Clever Bee Academy. "Our mission is to help every child reach their full potential. We provide the highest quality early childhood education and childcare in safe, engaging, and inclusive settings that foster joy and belonging. We believe every child deserves a nurturing environment where they are loved and encouraged to dream."

Beren has been a key contributor to the vision for the Academy and the introduction of the Brother Bee, Sister Bee, and Baby Bee mascots. The Academy provides programs for infants, toddlers, and preschool students, before and after-school care, and summer camps.

"We are dedicated to excellence," said Sarah Michael, senior director of curriculum and quality at Clever Bee Academy. "Our early childhood education programming meets Early Learning and Development Standards and Step-Up to Quality Standards. We use a 52-week Learning Beyond Paper Curriculum as well as a new inclusion program to meet the needs of all children."

Clever Bee Academy has six locations in Cleveland, two locations in Akron, and four locations in Columbus. Open houses will be held on October 31 at 1100 S. Arlington in Akron, on November 1 at 1977 Cleveland Ave. in Columbus, and on November 2 at 3750 Fleming Ave. in Cleveland.
