LANDHOST™, a new marketing concept designed to create both local and national visibility in a way that reaches people differently from traditional advertising.
DAYTON, Ohio - OhioPen -- Best New Marketing Concepts of 2026: Introducing LANDHOST™
LANDHOST™ transforms underutilized residential, commercial, vacant, and mobile property into new opportunities for advertising, promotion, exposure and income. It's a fresh authentic way to generate attention, build recognition, reach new audiences and create more opportunities
MEDIAPEG™ LLC (MEDIA PROMOTION EXPERTS GROUP) has introduced LANDHOST™, a new marketing and property-activation concept designed to turn overlooked property and space into valuable promotional assets.
Created by Dayton entrepreneur Larry L. Tucker, LANDHOST™ connects businesses, organizations, entrepreneurs, brands, and political campaigns with property owners who control residential, commercial, vacant, mobile, and other underutilized assets.
The concept is built around a simple idea: property can have marketing value beyond its traditional use.

A residential yard can provide neighborhood visibility. A commercial property can support advertising or promotional displays. A vacant parcel can support events, vendors, brand activations, parking, or temporary uses. Vehicles can create mobile exposure, while larger properties can support filming, recreation, content production, and other approved activities.
LANDHOST™ evaluates the property, location, available space, and promotional objective to determine which opportunities may be appropriate.
"LANDHOST™ connects two things that already exist everywhere — underutilized property and the constant need for businesses and organizations to reach people," Tucker said. "The goal is to create new value from spaces that are often overlooked."
Traditional marketing relies heavily on television, radio, social media, websites, direct mail, billboards, and commercial advertising locations. LANDHOST™ introduces an additional option by creating promotional opportunities in environments where conventional advertising may be limited or nonexistent.
Residential neighborhoods are one example. Many communities contain no billboards, commercial advertising walls, or traditional outdoor advertising inventory. Through voluntary participation by property owners and residents, LANDHOST™ can create organized, properly spaced, non-intrusive promotional placements in those environments.

This allows participating businesses and organizations to generate repeated visibility closer to where people live, drive, walk, and move through their everyday routines.
The larger vision is to establish underutilized property as a new category of marketing inventory and build a scalable marketplace connecting property owners with organizations seeking exposure.
LANDHOST™ can support local, statewide, and multi-market campaigns depending on the property, audience, and promotional objective.
LANDHOST™ is currently seeking businesses, organizations, property owners, strategic partners, independent representatives, and media organizations interested in participating in or learning more about the concept.
