New business concept focuses on turning work-created experience into reusable company-owned capital for enterprise AI, AI agents, and workflow automation.
CLEVELAND - OhioPen -- Alexander Granovskiy has announced Experience Capitalization, a proposed enterprise category focused on turning practical experience created during daily work into reusable company-owned capital.
The concept addresses a growing problem in enterprise AI, AI agents, workflow automation, and business operations. Companies can now produce more output with AI, but they still lose much of the experience created during real work.
That experience includes corrections, local rules, rejected options, decision reasons, exceptions, risk checks, and operational judgment.
Experience Capitalization gives this lost value a business name and operating direction. The idea is simple: when work is finished, the company should not preserve only the result. It should also preserve the reusable experience created while the work was being done.

Granovskiy developed the concept from more than two decades of work in e-commerce operations, automation, payments, risk, systems, and business process work.
The public Experience Capitalization corpus explains the category, its economic logic, its relationship to AI agents and automation, and the architecture needed to make work-created experience reusable.
"AI can make work faster, but speed alone does not make a company more experienced," said Alexander Granovskiy. "Experience Capitalization is about making the practical experience created during work accumulate instead of disappear."
Experience Capitalization is especially relevant to companies working with AI agents, enterprise automation, workflow systems, knowledge systems, CRM, ERP, support operations, finance operations, software development, and business process automation.
