Sweet Memories Launches Licensed Stuckey's® T-Shirt Collection to Benefit Akron Children's NICU
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - OhioPen -- Sweet Memories Vintage Tees & Candy is proud to announce the launch of the first-ever officially licensed Stuckey's® Tee collection, celebrating the beloved American roadside brand known for its iconic Pecan Log Rolls, nostalgic treats, and classic pit stops.
Fans of the legendary Stuckey's® brand can express their love for this piece of Americana with officially licensed tees created exclusively by Sweet Memories. The collection includes vintage-inspired designs that harken back to road trips gone by, candy counters, and the unmistakable charm of a Stuckey's® stop.
To promote this launch, Sweet Memories will be hosting a launch party at their retail store on September 6th & 7th. Customers can shop Stuckey's® tees and candy, as well as enter to win a basket full of goodies.
A portion of proceeds from every shirt sold will directly benefit the Akron Children's NICU, helping support families and the tiniest patients receiving critical care.

"Partnering with Sweet Memories brings our story, both past and present, to life while making a difference for families at Akron Children's."

About Stuckey's:
Stuckey's began in 1937 when W.S. Stuckey, Sr. set up a pecan stand in Eastman, Georgia. What started as a roadside stop selling fresh nuts and Ethel Stuckey's homemade pecan log rolls grew into nearly 370 convenience stores nationwide. By the 1970s, Stuckey's was a household name, synonymous with the Great American Road Trip—famous for its pecan treats and kitschy souvenirs. After being sold in the mid-70s, the brand endured decades of decline under outside management.
In 2019, the company was reacquired by Stephanie Stuckey, granddaughter of the founder, and business partners RG Lamar, Jr. and Ted Wright. They purchased a manufacturing plant in Wrens, Georgia, began sourcing pecans from local farmers, and refocused the business on pecan snacks and candies distributed through convenience, grocery, and specialty retail nationwide. Today, Stuckey's can be found in more than 4,000 doors nationwide. https://www.stuckeys.com
