Society Brands Executes Deal to Acquire Vitality Now, a Successful Direct-to-Consumer Health and Wellness Brand

~ Society Brands, a tech-enabled consumer products company, has announced its latest acquisition in the Direct-To-Consumer Health and Personal Care space. The company has partnered with the founders of Vitality Now, a leading provider of mental performance and body restoration supplements.

This marks Society Brands' fifth consecutive deal in the health and personal care sector, solidifying its position as a major player in this industry. Vitality Now's impressive growth can be attributed to its team of talented entrepreneurs, including Brian Bigelow, Robby Amaro, and Adam Elkaim. With over 90% of their business coming from DTC sales, Vitality Now has established itself as a leader in the health and wellness industry.

The partnership with Vitality Now further strengthens Society Brands' presence in the health and personal care sector, which now accounts for 75% of their revenue. With this deal, Society Brands plans to expand Vitality Now's reach to health-conscious consumers who can benefit from their range of products. This includes supplements for brain health and performance, sleep quality improvement, stem cell stimulation, as well as soothing sprays and foot care products.
