FAIRBORN, Ohio - OhioPen -- The decision years ago closing the company with 489 shareholders was a tough decision. Listen to leaders that spoke to me or go charging ahead with the movement I stopped looked and listened. I took the steps and ultimately shut it down with added knowledge and recognized a few things their intentions were for their gain and in a way i got shot in the stomach it hurt like someone removing a child that passed.

On the inverse there were other problems the underlying knowledge of product labor and infrastructure costs that needed to be maintained to sustain a viable business ecosystem, when internet and international business processes were eroding capital bases. The ability to sustain publicly or privately in business based on speed value and direction of finance and underlying banking processes that mitigated acceptance of a grey area business. Buying drugs from Canada as it was no different than bootlegging in the turn of the 19^th century.
