The implementation programme will be delivered in phases, with initial operations commencing at key gateway airports before expanding into secondary and regional locations. As part of the rollout, customers travelling throughout the African network will benefit from access to Right Cars' proprietary Car Rental Companion App. Developed in-house by TL International Group, the platform has been specifically designed to enhance the customer experience by providing rental support, booking information, collection and return guidance, emergency assistance procedures and destination-specific travel information directly from a mobile device.
The initiative is expected to create significant employment opportunities across the participating countries while helping to strengthen transport infrastructure supporting both domestic and international travellers.
