STUART, Fla., Feb. 6, 2024 ~ Premier Private Jets, a leading national charter provider, has recently announced its acquisition of new maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) capacity and a fixed-base operation (FBO) in Dayton, Ohio. The facilities were previously owned by Stevens Aerospace and Defense Systems and were set to be closed as part of the company's consolidation efforts.

Under the new ownership, the MRO will operate as Premier Aviation Services while the FBO will be known as Premier Jet Services. Birmingham also revealed plans for upgrading and expanding the terminal to better serve their customers. "With this acquisition, we gain access to 370,000 square feet of leasehold space which includes a full refurbishment design center for paint and interiors, as well as aircraft hangar storage," he explained.
