One of the key highlights of the Customer Experience Center is its ability to showcase critical areas of a hospital environment for training purposes. This includes operating rooms, surgical suites, emergency care areas, and imaging and radiology practices. This allows students to gain a better understanding of how to manage mission-critical assets in these specific areas.
The first CBET class held in the new Customer Experience Center focused on hands-on Infusion Pump training. Students were able to apply their learnings in a practical setting, further enhancing their skills and knowledge in healthcare equipment management.
With the opening of this state-of-the-art facility, PartsSource continues to demonstrate its commitment to providing innovative solutions to the challenges faced by healthcare providers in managing mission-critical assets. The Customer Experience Center is set to become a valuable resource for HTM professionals looking to improve operational efficiency and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
