SOLON, Ohio - OhioPen -- The facility that Mytee Products will be moving to is a former manufacturing and distribution facility that had recently gone on the market and, Thanks to the help of Matt Kovesdy, the Vice President of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, Mytee Products was able to buy out the building formerly used by cosmetics conglomerate Cosmax, USA for $11.52 million dollars.

Not to mention, the sale comes as a huge win for the Cleveland market as it marks the largest owner-occupier industrial transaction recorded in 2023, based on square footage. Now that Mytee Products Inc. owns the majority of the 337,000 square foot building, Mytee will be able to breathe fresh air into the amount and types of products they carry, and with the inclusion of bringing manufacturing in house, they can improve on customer satisfaction by providing proper quality assurance and decreasing the time it takes for products to get into the customers hands.
