The launch connects four developments.

(1) A new Instant IP experience. The redesigned app introduces a refreshed interface for documenting and protecting intellectual property. Blockchain timestamps and cryptographic hashes create evidence of a submitted asset's existence at a particular time, supporting an auditable record.

(2) Introducing Track the IP. The new monitoring tool helps users identify potential matches and activity related to their intellectual property. It extends protection efforts beyond initial documentation, helping creators spot possible unauthorized use by people or through AI systems.

(3) A new patent milestone. Instant IP's technology is covered by U.S. Patent No. 11,928,748. According to patent counsel, the USPTO has communicated that the company's continuation patent application has been allowed, with the official notice and patent issuance coming soon.

(4) A new guide to activation. Co-authored by Oberbrunner and Katherine Rubino, a partner at Wiggin and Dana LLP, the You Are an IP Company Activation Guide is the second book in the series.
