Medline signs Prime Vendor agreement to supply The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center

NORTHFIELD, Ill., June 4, 2025 ~ In a recent announcement, Medline revealed a new partnership with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center as their Prime Vendor. This agreement will see Medline providing a range of medical-surgical products and supply chain optimization solutions to support the health system's more than 100 facilities in achieving their operational efficiency and clinical delivery goals.

The services will be provided from Medline's distribution center located in West Jefferson, Ohio. According to Tiffany Sancin, executive account director and sales logistic director at Medline, this Prime Vendor agreement is a source of great pride for the company. She stated that their advanced distribution capabilities and cutting-edge technology will enable them to effectively support the medical center as it expands its operations.

Medline's West Jefferson facility, which was built in 2023, is one of the company's largest distribution centers and will play a crucial role in servicing the hospital system's facilities in the Columbus region. Equipped with AutoStore warehouse automation and software technology, this facility is designed to optimize order fulfillment and enhance operational efficiency. It is part of Medline's network of 45 distribution centers across the United States.
