PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 19, 2024 ~ Philadelphia, PA- Liguori Academy, a private and independent high school, has recently received a generous donation of $1,000,000 from The Howley Foundation. This donation will be used to enhance Liguori's Career Cohorts program and postsecondary support for its students.
The Howley Foundation's investment in the Career Cohort program will provide students with additional resources and opportunities to excel in their chosen postsecondary path. This includes work-ready credentials that will equip students with the necessary tools and skills to succeed in college or a career after graduation.
"We are immensely grateful for Nick and Lorie Howley and The Howley Foundation's generous investment in our Career Cohort program," said Michael Marrone, President of Liguori Academy. "This support will not only enhance the resources and opportunities available to our students but will transform lives by empowering young people to achieve their full potential."
