65 Shields Road gets a much needed renovation after Kyleigh Haynes and her company undertake its restoration!
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - OhioPen -- Kodiak Properties LLC, a locally owned and managed real estate investment company, is excited to announce the revitalization project of its newest location, the Lawnview Suites. The property, located at 65 Shields Rd, Boardman, OH 44512, was previously owned by an out-of-state company and in need of extensive repairs. Local entrepreneur and owner of Kodiak Properties, Kyleigh Haynes, states the company has invested over $100,000 into the remodel so far, and the project is expected to be complete by Summer 2023.
The Lawnview Suites will offer six spacious apartment units for rent (https://kodiakpropertiesllc.com/for-rent), each fitted with high-end amenities, including large stainless steel farmhouse sinks, touch screen light switches, Bluetooth shower speakers, marble countertops, a dishwasher, and a private outdoor patio area. Kyleigh Haynes adds, "between the video surveillance, the keypad entry system, and the fact that we were able to add in-unit laundry for all residents here just shows we went all out and truly tried to make this place somewhere that stands out amongst the crowd."

The revitalization project has also created numerous jobs in the area, supporting various local contractors. The project aligns with Kodiak Properties LLC's mission to provide higher-end, yet still affordable housing options.
"Kodiak is committed to enhancing the quality of life in Boardman, and we are proud to have completed another successful revitalization project," said Kyleigh Haynes, the owner of Kodiak Properties LLC. "Our focus on revitalizing properties and improving communities is reflected in our 5-star reviews throughout Google and Facebook and our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau."
Kyleigh Haynes advised she started the company to see real results for the community and make a positive impact in the place she calls home. Kodiak Properties has successfully completed 4 other major redevelopment projects in the area within the last two years.
