Kaiser Consulting Announces Leadership Transition

COLUMBUS, Ohio - OhioPen -- Kaiser Consulting is pleased to announce a leadership transition, naming Tracey Holecek, CPA, to serve as Managing Partner of the firm effective October 1, 2023. Tracey succeeds Lori Kaiser, CPA, CGMA, MBA, founder + CEO of Kaiser Consulting, who has transitioned to a Strategic Advisor. The transition between two of the firm's shareholders reflects the culmination of a long-term succession plan.

Kaiser pioneered the company's award-winning, nationally recognized part-time, flexible business model. She led Kaiser Consulting to multimillion-dollar growth and a team of nearly 100 professional employees since its inception in 1992. Kaiser will actively support the transition and work closely with Holecek and the leadership team to ensure a seamless handover of knowledge, responsibilities and relationships.

Holecek has a wealth of business, accounting and finance expertise from her 20+ years of experience, including Big Four audit, public company and private industry. She has been with Kaiser Consulting for over ten years and steps into her new role as managing partner after serving on the management team since 2016 and as a managing director of client service. Before then, she served the company as an accounting consultant, project manager, and director of client service.

In addition to managing multiple client engagements and relationships and overseeing employees in several practice areas, Holecek has been responsible for developing and implementing various strategic initiatives for Kaiser Consulting. She is passionate about educating future accounting professionals and has presented to business leaders in the community on several financial and leadership topics.
