The firm has developed new initiatives for the year focused on expanding their recruiting audiences, generating awareness about career opportunities, and supporting team members with skill development, engagement, mentorship, and resources.
For nearly a decade, Joe Knows Energy has worked extensively to create and perfect the company's proprietary High-Performance Program. The program's primary feature is a "4-dimensional" screening and selection tool designed to match candidates to roles and companies based on how they think and behave, technical skills, and other factors. This program, according to the company, has been proven to provide a neurodiverse group of candidates while ensuring a blind hiring process that encourages diversity.
