ROSEMONT, Ill., Aug. 13, 2025 ~ The American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA) has announced the appointment of Jeffrey Molter, MSN, MBA, CRNA, as the organization's president for the 2025-2026 term. With a membership of over 65,000, AANA is one of the largest professional organizations for nurse anesthetists in the United States.
Molter brings with him over 25 years of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). He began his career at Mt Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland and has since worked at various hospitals and surgery centers across Ohio. Currently, he practices at the Institute of Orthopedic Surgery in Lima, Ohio.
Expressing his gratitude for the opportunity to lead AANA, Molter stated, "I am honored to continue serving the profession of nurse anesthesiology as president. I look forward to working with the AANA Board of Directors, staff, and members to advance patient care and support and protect CRNAs."
