CLEVELAND, Aug. 14, 2024 ~ Cleveland, Ohio - Hyster-Yale, Inc. (NYSE: HY) has announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular cash dividend of 35 cents per share. The dividend will be payable on both the Class A and Class B Common Stock and is set to be paid on September 13, 2024. This decision was made during a recent board meeting and is subject to approval by the stockholders of record at the close of business on August 30, 2024.
