DAYTON, Ohio - OhioPen -- Hometown Urgent Care is excited to announce the launch of its newest sport physical affordability campaign offering communities free sport physicals on select days.

The program already offers discounted pricing at all 32 Ohio locations, with sports physicals starting at $20 so families can take care of their favorite sports stars, while saving money. Now, with the addition of the free sport physical days, Hometown is furthering in their commitment to providing convenient, affordable and accessible care for local communities.

Free Sport Physicals take place across our locations between August 1 and 9.

Registration is required for Free Sport Physical Days and can be done on Hometown's website: myhometownuc.com/locations. Select a location to see if free days are available and choose free sport physical day as your visit type.
