HealthPlan Data Solutions expands product portfolio with the integration of RevealRx to streamline payers’ member outreach and improve patient outcomes

COLUMBUS, Ohio ~ HealthPlan Data Solutions, Inc. (HDS) has announced the integration and launch of their second SaaS-based product offering, RevealRx. This product is designed to help health plans create, execute, and track member outreach activities in one dynamic platform.

RevealRx allows payers to leverage their daily pharmacy claims file, formularies, member eligibility files, and more in order to create effective outreach campaigns that are tailored to each individual patient's needs.
