LAS VEGAS - OhioPen -- Phinge Founder and CEO Robert DeMaio ranked #1 globally by Crunchbase for more than 2 weeks, has converted an additional aggregate of $200,000 of debt he is owed by Phinge Corporation into a convertible note for Phinge common shares at a 12 billion dollar valuation. This brings his total debt converted to date to $1,010,000.

Mr. DeMaio, who owns more than 98% of all outstanding shares of Phinge Corporation, believes in the company and its patented technologies including its Netverse app-less platform and patented innovative hardware more than ever and his continued debt conversions signify that belief.
