CP Technologies Small Tactical Computer Systems
One of the many solutions highlighted by CP North America at AUSA 2021 is the Small Tactical Computer Systems (STCS) from CP Technologies. Optimized for low size, weight and power (SWaP), the STCS are small form factor modules that provide powerful processing performance optimized to the customer applications, gigabit switching and routing options and provide over 10 minutes of sustained battery backup time.
"Our customers looking for rugged tactical systems have the confidence of knowing that their computer system will be built and tested to meet and exceed any military specifications for shock and vibration, EMI, temperature and humidity extremes and more," said Mark Kempf, vice president, CP Technologies & CP Systems. "We're are also a preferred partner because we can rapidly engineer to our customer's specifications and customize production runs."
STCS accommodate flexible mounting options with brackets that can be mounted in a standalone configuration, to a bulkhead, in a half-rack/case, or a standard 19" rack. In a sealed system configuration, STCS are designed for IP65 environments, as well as harsh environmental specs such as MIL-STD-810G, 901E, and 461G.
