CARTHAGE, Mo. - OhioPen -- Stratum Nutrition^®, (a business of ESM Technologies), is pleased to announce a new partnership with Maxim Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm. Through an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares previously owned by Novus Nutrition Brands, LLC, Maxim Partners has assumed majority ownership of Stratum Nutrition and will operate in partnership with ESM Holdings, LLC who retains the remaining shares.
