Industry Veteran and CSX Transportation Chief Strategy Officer Joins the STG Board

CHICAGO - OhioPen -- STG Logistics ("STG"), a leading provider of specialty 3PL services critical to the global supply chain and a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, is pleased to announce the addition of Farrukh Bezar to the STG Board of Directors. Mr. Bezar currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of Marketing at CSX Transportation, a Fortune 500 company and one of North America's largest providers of rail, intermodal and rail-to-truck transload services.

Mr. Bezar joins the STG board with over 25 years of industry, consulting, and investment experience in the transportation and logistics industry across a wide range of modes including railroad, trucking, small parcel, shipping, freight forwarding, and air cargo. He assisted Wind Point with their initial diligence of the STG platform and is an individual co-investor in the platform.
