LAKEWOOD, Ohio, April 21, 2025 ~ Sacred Hour Wellness Spa, a beloved establishment in Cleveland since its opening in 2004, has exciting news for its loyal customers and the community. The spa's founder and owner, Tabitha Baker, has announced that a new location will be opening in Lakewood on April 26th, 2025.
Baker shared her inspiration for the move, stating that "new environments inspire me." After traveling and experiencing unique places around the world, she realized it was time for Sacred Hour to find a new home. The new location will be situated at 17514 Detroit Avenue, just 1,000 feet east of its current location.
The new spa will be housed in a historic building constructed in the 1950s. According to Baker, the building's chateau-like charm with its limestone exterior and solid concrete floors make it the perfect fit for Sacred Hour's aesthetic. The spacious hallways will also add to the overall experience for guests.
At 10,000 square feet, the new location will be the largest spa in the area. It will feature 11 dedicated treatment rooms, a custom 20-person dry sauna, cold plunge, Salt Therapy Lounge, dedicated Korean Scrub Suite and Nail Studio. Guests can also enjoy couples' spaces, The Social Lounge + Bar, private men's and women's locker areas, and a serene outdoor oasis.

In addition to these amenities, Sacred Hour Lakewood has partnered with Cleveland Vegan to offer Grab n' Go food options and a catering menu for larger events. Fresh juices and cocktails will be available Monday through Friday and Saturday.
The distinctive design aesthetic that Sacred Hour is known for will also carry over to the new location. According to Baker, this plays an important role in shaping clients' overall experience as it reflects their holistic approach to wellness.
The new location will continue to host spa parties for groups of up to 50 people. This makes it an ideal destination for intimate celebrations and larger gatherings.
Baker's vision for Sacred Hour goes beyond just a new location. She hopes to make it a central hub for wellness in the community, encouraging people to prioritize their health and well-being through curated services and scientifically proven wellness practices. The new location will facilitate this vision by providing dedicated spaces for workshops and collaborative projects.
For those who have purchased gift cards at the existing Lakewood location, they will be honored at the new spa. Operations at the Rocky River Sacred Hour location will not be affected by the move.
