Budzar Industries, LLC, Division of Multistack, LLC is pleased to announce that Joel Maganza has joined the company as Vice President.
WILLOUGHBY, Ohio - OhioPen -- "We are thrilled to have found a strong leader with the mix of engineering and manufacturing experience Joel possesses," said David F. Young.
Before joining Budzar Industries, Joel served as Vice President of Operations at Innovative Control Systems where he supervised all custom manufacturing and ancillary operations, technical support, and customer service for the company's global outdoor payment kiosk market.
In a prior position, Joel was the Programs Director, Manufacturing and Production for United Technologies where he employed lean principles to improve productivity, efficiency and performance for Boeing Commercial aircraft and Pratt & Whitney integrated and electronic systems.
Previously, Joel was the Director of Test Operations for Jacobs Engineering at NASA where he directed the design, environmental testing, and qualification of tools and equipment for space flight.
As a U.S. Army veteran, Joel served as Commander in the Air Defense Artillery for a Patriot Battery in Germany and deployed to the Middle East in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Joel also served as United Nations Commander of International Forces in the Demilitarized Zone between North and South Korea.

Joel has a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy, a Masters in Leadership and Management from the University of Texas (El Paso), and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and trained as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
As Vice President of Budzar Industries, Joel will report directly to Charlie Kenyon, President and CEO of Multistack LLC.
