Despite the term "hexing," these journals aren't guides for casting spells or seeking revenge. They offer a judgment-free space to explore the shadow aspects of pain, anger, and betrayal — and ultimately reclaim personal power. "There was a time when someone humiliated me so deeply, I genuinely considered hexing them. I committed to working through the emotions and shadow work instead. Later, I created these journals to help others do the same. It's about transmuting that energy, not weaponizing it," said the creator, Yvonne Sullivan.
