CINCINNATI - OhioPen -- In a world where heartache, betrayal, and emotional exhaustion can leave even the kindest souls feeling vulnerable, a new pair of guided journals provides a safe and sacred space to work through the heavy emotions that often go unspoken.
The Hexing Journal for When Blessing Ain't Enough and You Got Me F*cked Up: Hexing Journal for the Petty, Powerful & Protected were created for those moments when forgiveness feels too far away — and healing feels impossible without first confronting the raw, unfiltered emotions underneath.
Hexing is the act of sending negative energy toward someone—on purpose. It might take the form of a spell, a curse, a whispered wish, or even a prayer with malice behind it. People hex for all kinds of reasons: envy, betrayal, rejection, hurt, insecurity, or straight-up power moves.

Despite the term "hexing," these journals aren't guides for casting spells or seeking revenge. They offer a judgment-free space to explore the shadow aspects of pain, anger, and betrayal — and ultimately reclaim personal power. Whether someone leans toward a path of healing or needs to move through a little righteous rage first, the journals are designed to honor the full emotional journey.
"There was a time when someone humiliated me so deeply, I genuinely considered hexing them. I committed to working through the emotions and shadow work instead. Later, I created these journals to help others do the same. It's about transmuting that energy, not weaponizing it," said the creator, Yvonne Sullivan.
Both journals are now available in paperback on Amazon. Readers can choose the one that fits their current energy — or keep both close for the different seasons of their soul.
