The Film "Neither Wolf Nor Dog"comes to Xenia, Ohio, during the opening of the X*ACT Cultural Series called "Our Native Xenia" and goes through the end of November.
XENIA, Ohio - OhioPen -- The Xenia Area Community Theater, Inc., X*ACT, will celebrate Native American Heritage Month through November with a special screening of the award-winning film adaptation of the best-selling novel Neither Wolf Nor Dog (starring the unforgettable Dave Bald Eagle) on October 18,19 and 20, with an equally special Fundraising GALA event on Friday evening before the film. Native American art, artifacts and historical items will be on display, and additional special events are being scheduled. Come join us in learning about, and celebrating the beauty and uniqueness of Native American culture, found no where else on Earth.

Xenia, Ohio, is the home of Tecumseh and the Shawnee Nation. The area is also known for Blue Jacket Outdoor Drama that ran for many years in the community and brought people from all over the world to experience the story of The Shawnee.1 (https://www.xeniagazette.com/news/21807/saying-...) X*ACT's exhibits are both indigenous and non-indigenous tribes.
Wine, cheese and light hors d'oeuvre's will be served during the GALA and begins at 5:30pm on October 18th, show at 7:30pm. Saturday, the show begins at 7:30pm and the Sunday matinee on the 20th starts at 3:00pm. Doors open one hour in advance of show.
Tickets are $13 for the GALA and children 12 and under are $10. Tickets for the remaining shows are $10 and $7 for children. Exhibits are free to the public and open during the hours of noon to 4:00pm on most Thursdays and Saturdays and noon to 6pm on Fridays. X*ACT is also open during play dates for extended hours and on the last Sunday of any performance series.
