KL Communications Inc. Announces Creation of New Division, KL Co-LABoration

RED BANK, N.J. - OhioPen -- KL Communications Inc., a pioneer in market research online communities (MROCs), announced today the creation of its new division, KL Co-LABoration. This new addition to the KL Communications brand will focus on customer co-creation through the company's proprietary CrowdWeaving® methodology. The KL Communities division will continue to focus on full-service online market research communities.

While CrowdWeaving® co-creation methodologies will continue to be available within KL Communities, standalone CrowdWeaving® co-creation projects will be conducted through "the LAB," as KL Co-LABoration is fondly nicknamed. This way, clients can enjoy the benefits of customer co-creation via CrowdWeaving® if they aren't ready for an ongoing web-based research community.

According to Founder/CEO Kevin Lonnie, "We are launching the KL Co-LABoration division as it reflects our commitment to the customer co-creation space. "The LAB," as we call it, will utilize the agile iteration process to test new prototypes of our proprietary CrowdWeaving® methodology."

Customers can also expect to enjoy additional functionality to KL's CrowdWeaving® platform in the near future, as they plan to incorporate features such as AI and elements of gamification to allow for better collaboration between customers and stakeholders.

"We're bringing algorithms and AI into "the LAB" to make the co-creation process faster & more affordable," Lonnie explains. Additionally, he stated "We are aiming to better integrate client expertise throughout the ideation process.  We feel these enhancements will ensure the development of actionable concepts."
