Prior to joining CIENCE, Marcus was the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement at Faneuil Inc. and Senior Service Delivery Manager/Healthcare Payer at Conduent, where he drove margins of 30-40% for consecutive years, with full ownership, on $17.5M ARR across key service verticals including Healthcare, Government, and Commercial.
