Paul M. Shipp has joined Buckley King's Cleveland, Ohio office

CLEVELAND - OhioPen -- The law firm of Buckley King LPA is pleased to announce that PAUL M. SHIPP has joined the Firm's Cleveland office. Paul has extensive experience in commercial and criminal litigation, and primarily focuses his practice on advising and litigating white-collar criminal matters.

He represents clients in investigations involving the Federal Postal Inspector, Attorney General, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Inspector General (IG), Health and Human Services (HHS), and the State Auditor's Office.

Paul served as a former Assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutor, which gives him a unique perspective in advising on, strategizing, and litigating white-collar matters.
