Two Altercare Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation locations were recently recognized with a Best Nursing Home status for 2023-24 by U.S. News & World Report. The following centers earned this designation by achieving "High Performing" ratings, the highest possible, for Short-Term Rehabilitation:

• Altercare Post-Acute Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation in Kent, OH

To calculate the Best Nursing Homes ratings, U.S. News evaluated each nursing home's performance using a variety of quality measures obtained from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). To be recognized as one of the 2023-2024 U.S. News Best Nursing Homes, a home must be "High Performing" in Short-Term Rehabilitation. 1,918 meet these criteria out of the 15,007 nursing homes evaluated by U.S. News.
